At VW Volleyball World, we want to ensure you have the best gear for the court; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the volleyball gear you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, competition-ready condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
